Originated from 1969, one of the longest established flamenco venues, the Café de Chinitas is located in the basement of an old and beautiful palace from the 18th century. It has been a stage for many great flamenco artists over the years. Many national and international celebrities came to see the show and thereby also increased the exposure of this Café to the public. The quality of food is just as refined as the flamenco show there. Reservation is highly recommended.

La Soleá
La Soleá is a long-established flamenco venue in Madrid and has expended its venue to accommodate its growing number of audiences. It offers authentic and genuine Flamenco music by both professional and amateur artists. Performance takes place from Tuesday to Sunday, 10pm to 3am.

Flamenco Festival of the Madrid Community SUMA FLAMENCA
Another great option to see flamenco performances is during the Flamenco Festival of the Madrid Community SUMA FLAMENCA. Started in 2008, the coming 3rd Flamenco Festival in 2010 in from May 17th to June 15th. The festival offers wide variety of flamenco related shows, including a cinema series, poetry and of course flamenco music and dance. The shows are taken place in 24 Madrid venues and some in surrounding towns.
